How Our Process Works
At Homeguard Senior Services, the goal is simple: help you feel safe, comfortable, and confident in your home — without pressure or surprises.
During each visit, we take time to carefully look over important safety and maintenance items around the home. Just as important, we talk with you. If something has started to feel harder, less steady, or simply not quite right, this is the time to mention it.
After the visit, you receive a clear and easy-to-read report summarizing what we noticed and any small improvements that may be helpful. If you’d like, the report can also be shared with a family member you authorize.
You always stay in control. If repairs or adjustments are suggested, you decide what you would like done and what you would prefer to pass on.

Plans and Costs
Homeguard offers three service levels depending on how much ongoing attention your home may need.
Some homeowners simply want seasonal check-ups to stay ahead of maintenance. Others prefer the reassurance of regular monthly visits. And sometimes a home benefits from more frequent visits for a period of time to catch up on deferred maintenance and restore confidence.
Below is a brief overview of each option.
Homeguard Seasonal Visits
$349 per Year
Spring and Fall Home Safety Visits
Seasonal Visits provide two scheduled home visits each year — one in the spring and one in the fall.
During each visit, we carefully walk through the home checking important safety and maintenance items, both inside and outside. These visits help catch small issues early, prepare the home for the coming season, and take care of simple improvements that make daily living easier.
After the walkthrough, we spend a few minutes talking together about how things are feeling around the home. Sometimes small adjustments — lighting, handrails, fixtures, or simple repairs — can make a space noticeably easier to live in.
Seasonal Visits are a good fit for homeowners who want thoughtful oversight a few times each year to help keep their home safe, comfortable, and running smoothly.
Homeguard Monthly Visits
Ongoing Home Oversight & Safety Monitoring
$99 per Month
(Most homeowners choose this plan)
Monthly Visits provide steady attention that helps a home continue to adjust comfortably as life changes.
Once each month, we visit the home to check safety items, take care of small repairs, and make thoughtful adjustments that can make everyday tasks a little easier. These improvements are often simple — small changes that quietly improve comfort, lighting, access, or ease of use.
Just as important, the visit provides a regular opportunity to talk through anything around the home that may have started to feel harder or less convenient.
Over time, these small improvements add up. The home continues to adapt, and daily life often feels just a little easier.
Homeguard Comprehensive Visits
$225 per Month
Twice-Monthly Visits for Homes That Need a Little More Attention
Sometimes a home simply needs a bit more care for a while.
Repairs may have been postponed, maintenance may have stacked up, or recent changes in health or routine may have made certain areas of the home harder to manage.
The Comprehensive plan provides two visits each month so we can methodically work through those items, stabilize the home, and restore a sense of order and confidence.
Many homeowners use this plan temporarily. Once the home feels caught up and running smoothly again, they often transition to the Monthly or Seasonal plan for ongoing support.
The goal is simple: bring the home back to a place where it feels manageable, comfortable, and supportive again.
